1. You must be a fan of Dinosaur Comics, duh.
2. A website is not required, but a valid email address is. There will be an option to hide it, though it is protected from spam should you choose to show it.
3. If you have a website, please put up a code. If I do not find one, then I will not list your website, just your name and email address.
4. I will not link to your site if it contains illegal material, pornography, or anything inappropriate.
5. Put your real name or nickname. I will not accept something like "TrExIsAhOtTiE". If you do that, I will change your name to Anonymous.
6. Do not direct-link any of the codes. I am being very graciously hosted by Danielle and would hate to put a strain on her bandwidth because you were too lazy to upload the image to your own server. A text link works as well. If you direct-link, I will not list your website.
7. I ask for your favorite dinosaur. Here, I am looking for "T-Rex", "Utahraptor", "Dromiceiomimus", or any combination of the three. This is not required, but if you leave this field blank I will put in "all".
