1. You must be a fan of the soundtrack for Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. If you're not moved by the opening track, then get outta here, man. ;)
2. A website is not required, but a valid email address is. There will be an option to hide it, though it is protected from spam should you choose to show it.
3. If you have a website, please put up a code. If I do not find one, then I will not list your website, just your name and email address.
4. I will not link to your site if it contains illegal material, pornography, or anything inappropriate.
5. Put your real name or nickname. I will not accept something like "IlUvPhOeBuZ". If you do that, I will change your name to Anonymous.
6. Do not direct-link any of the codes. I am being very graciously hosted by Danielle and would hate to put a strain on her bandwidth because you were too lazy to upload the image to your own server. A text link works as well. If you direct-link, I will not list your website.
7. I ask for your favorite song. Here, I'm looking for the name of the one track you like the most (see the about page for the track listing). This is not required, but if you leave this field blank I will put in "all".
